The Volunteer Center is supported by donations from the community helping to:
- Provide the tools needed to connect volunteers with rewarding volunteer opportunities
- Provide the tools to help our communities prepare for public emergencies
- Provide two venues for organizations such as American Red Cross Gold Country Chapter, Manzanita Writers Press, Girl Scouts, Optimist Club (the happy people), Family Connections (aka the Grandparents Project), Mountain Melodies Chorus, community events, music, dance, art therapy, celebrations -- whatever the community presents.
