MAKE A DONATION

The Volunteer Center is supported by foundation grants, donations by private citizens, other organizations, local businesses and those in support of the work being done. Your generosity will make it possible for The Volunteer Center to continue serving our communities by

  • Supporting the "Safety Net" Transportation Program;

  • By providing the tools needed to connect volunteers with rewarding volunteer opportunities, and

  • Providing the tools to help our communities prepare for public emergencies.

Other ways you can donate to the Volunteer Center, or other deserving local organizations, include leaving a charitable bequest through a will. You may contact your attorney or CLICK HERE to get more information about giving a donation through this kind of contribution.
  


SAVE A LIFE

There are many ways you can save a life:

  • Donate Blood - It's not about just giving your blood.

  • Consider banking and/or donating Cord Blood - the alternative is that it will be
    thrown away.

  • Become an organ donor.

  • Join one of the many local groups that are dedicated to saving lives and preserving
    the safety of our community.
    - CERT (Citizen's Emergency Response Team)
    - DAT (Disaster Action Team)
    - Red Cross Emergency Response Team
    - Volunteer Sheriff's Unit
    - Volunteer Center Safety Net Transportation Program
